Enclosed pls find the circular and application form of the captioned competition, Pls pass the completed application form with the parent consent to your section’s leader by Oct 29(don’t forget to sign and write down your address, no payment required).
As last year, 229 will paid the application fee for you. But you need to pay back in case you absent for whatever reason.
