Enclosed pls find the circular + enrollment forms and consent of the above long distance run competition.
The DL is near, to enroll, pls
1. complete a group enrollment form if you have 4,
or the individual form otherwise.
2. ask your parent to complete and sign the consent.
3. pass them to your section leader on this Saturday.
(we will prepare the cheque for you but you need to pay back 229 in case of no-show.)
I need to send out the application next Wed.
Don’t expect a good response. I will go on with one extra enrollment.
