Dear all,

The above competition will be organised on Dec 1, 2019 and is open to Cubs, Scout, Venture & leaders. For details pls refer to circular P087-19 above.

To enroll:

1. Complete the enrollment form in P087-19 (Appendix 2), pls provide all information and remember to sign & provide your address,
2. Those under 18, pls ask your parent to sign PT46(Dec 1 2019) above,
3. Pass 1 & 2 above to your section on or before Oct 19,
4. NO money required, 229 will pay for you. But you need to pay back in case you do not show up.
