Dear all,

The above competition will be organised on Dec 9, 2018 and is open to Cubs, Scout, Venture & leaders. For details pls refer to circular P102-18 above.

To enroll:

1. Complete the enrollment form in P102-18, pls provide all information and remember to sign & provide your address,
2. Those under 18, pls ask your parent to sign PT46 above,
3. Pass 1 & 2 above to your section on or before Oct 6.
4. NO money required, 229 will pay for you. But you need to pay back in case you do not show up.
