Attached is the parent consent form for the abovementioned service on 4/11/2017 (Saturday).
It is an annual event hosted by The Society of the Relief of Disabled Children (香港弱能兒童護助會) and involves bazaar and game booths. The profits will help the Hospital to improve their facilities. 229 has been helping this meaningful event over the past years.
