before next Thursday Dec 8. Late application will not be entertained since I will mail out the application form on Friday morning. (Pls pass the original parent consent form to your section leader)
Pls note that we will go on in weak response. Make sure to find your companion before applying.
As usual, 229 with pay the enrollment fee but you need to paid it back in case you are absent for the match for whatever reason.
