The gathering details will be as follow:
08:45 Coach pick up at Wanchai MTR, leave on time no late
Those go by themselves should arrive 香港仔郊野公園 賽事中心 one hour before your start time.
Will be dismissed at Wancahi MTR around 14:30
Pls read carefully the 賽 員 須 知 & 賽員出發名單:
Most important:
Must bring – 哨子, 指南針, 手錶(比賽時限 70 分鐘，超時會被扣分，一分鐘會被扣 30 分)
Should bring- Rain coat/jacket or umbrella in case of raining, some water and food.
Eat your breakfast 2 hour before start.
賽事當日上午六時，天文台如發出雷暴、黃雨、紅雨、黑雨、山泥傾瀉警告、懸掛三號風球，當 日賽事將會取消，賽會不會作個別通知，請自行留意天文台報導.
