(A) Main Party:
229 has arranged a coach bus to take the main party to the venue at Fanling police blue beret base. Please note below pick up times & points. Madam Isa Hall is the leader responsible for coach bus. Be punctual, the coach bus will NOT wait for late comers.
1st pick up: 0845 hours at Java Road opposite to North Point MTR exit A1 (渣華道, 北角地鐵站A1出口)
2nd pick up: 0910 hours at private car drop off point at Pai Tau Street green van station near Shatin MTR station (私家車停車處, 排頭街綠色小巴站, 近沙田地鐵站)
Please bring your own lunch & water bottle (water available at venue). You can enjoy the performance & games booths, and leave at any time you like (about 10 minutes walk to Fanling MTR station. No return journey coach bus, sorry).
Please note there is food donation for charity organizations. Check your email for details.
(B) 優異旅團領獎代表 Party:
one grasshopper representative (led by Madam Kelly), 許恩湲 (represents cub), 殷家銘 (represents scout) & Anthony KWOK (represents venture) will receive 優異旅團 on 229’s behalf, thanks. These representatives need to go earlier for rehearsal & report at 0900 hours. Please meet Tony CHAN at:
0830 hours at Fanling MTR station Exit B (粉嶺地鐵站B出口); or
0800 hours at at Kowloon Tong MTR station platform, 1st carriage at Lo Wu direction (九龍塘地鐵站往羅湖方向最前第1卡車月台).
Be punctual and we will go to Fanling venue by 大會免費穿梭巴士. Remember to bring 四寶 (旗杆, 旗, 白手套, 旗套).
(C) 遊戲攤位:
229 is invited to set up a games booth on 12/10. Kevin LO, Heidi SUEN, 廖旨翹, 李頴琛 are responsible for this important task, thanks again. You 4 can go with 229 main party by coach bus together with your booth materials. In recognition to your hard works, you 4 will be provided with free lunch. Other scouts are most welcome to help them & man the booth.
