服裝：229戶外運動服, 輕便長運動褲, 運動鞋 & something keep you warm
必須物品：哨子、指南針, membership book/cert & 水
建議物品： 手錶 , 水, and something to mark the checkpoint you have visited like a pen, and some light food allowing you stay until 16:00（不要帶貴重物品）
