The 2012-2013 athletics meet will be held on 27 Jan 2013 from 9:00am to 5:30pm at Stanley Ho Sports Centre, HKU (Sha Wan Driove).
Attached please find the circular/enrolment & consent form AM-Consent+Enrolment Form – 2012-2013 for you to complete and return to your section leader on or before 19 Nov.
Please note the meet is one of the important 229th HKG events. Absence will be taken into account when reviewing individual’s performance and attendance, and deciding the annual awards. In case you really cannot make it, please send a written leave application with reason for absence to your section leader.
