11:15 Coach pick up At Wanchai ( In front of 中旅社/家計會) Assemble 11:00
11:30 Coach Pick up at Kln Tong ( Near 理想酒店) Assemble 11:15
12:10 Arrive @ foot of Fei Ngor Shan/ Pak Fa Lam, hike to Gilwell
[ Bamboo poles n Tents to go up with coach, scouts carry own rucksack n look after jr scouts. Packed lunch on the way @ Cham Tin Shan–Map reading etc ]
12:25 Coach arrive Gilwell site, unload camp gear
14:35 Scouts Arrive @ Gilwell, rest
15:00 Hoist Flag, Arrival Inspection, Pitch Tent, build racks etc for camp site
17:00 Lower Flag, Briefing for camp Cook
17:10 Camp Cook, dinner & wash up

19:30 Prepare for camp fire
20:30 Camp Fire
21:30 PL meeting/ Bath & Brush
