Dear parents, leaders, venture scouts, scouts, cub scouts, grasshoppers and weewee,
I am most pleased to advise you that madam Carmen Li has been granted the Good Service Award 優良服務獎章, which will be formally presented to her in the Wanchai District annual general meeting later this year, by the Scout Association of Hong Kong in recognition of her devotion and contribution to scout movement. Carmen always cares about development of our children, and has been working very hard to design various training, for example the cub scout leadership course, to help our children to meet the challenges today and in future.
The award is well-deserved, and is a great honour to both madam Carmen and 229HKG.
