Urban Orienteering on 2011-01-22

First thanks the Ventures who organize an Urban orienteering event this coming Saturday for us.

We will meet at the front door of Pacific Place at Queensway (next to Government Offices under the flag poles).  The event runs from 3:00 to around 6:30 but please come to gather with your patrol by 2:50pm and report to the Venture in charge, should be Jonathan Lau, when all your members who will join arrived. Therefore PLs should also confirm who will appear beforehand.  And for those PLs and APLs who cannot join, you have to assign the deputy to lead your patrol.  Wear either uniform or outdoor uniform is up to your patrol but should be the same for the whole patrol.

Attached also find the parent consent form for farm visit next week.  Please also complete the form and hand in to the SPL on duty, should be C Chiu.

I myself have to excuse as I may not be able to join and cannot sign forms for you this week.

I heard that the event will be pretty interesting. So enjoy.
