Athletics Meet – Cancelled & Confirmed Events

Dear all,

 

Attached please find an enrolment summary Enrolment Summary Draft 20101225 V2 with

– cancelled events highlighted in red,

– confirmed events highlighted in green,

– to-be-confirmed events highlighted in yellow.

 

In particular, please note

 

– 60m has been replaced with 50m so as to be in line with Cub Scout Athlete Badge rules,

– Group A (age 17-21 male) is cancelled, and we would like to invite Bobby Suen to serve as helper (For Bobby – please confirm your agreement or otherwise by 31 Dec),

 

– Group C (age 13-14 female) is cancelled, and 莫芷伶 is recommended to join Group B (age 15-16 female).  If the recommendation is turned down, then Group B (age 15-16 female) will have to be cancelled too.  In such case, we would like to invite 莫芷伶, 孫凱平  and 廖子悠 to serve as helper.  (For 莫芷伶, 孫凱平  and 廖子悠 – please confirm your agreement or otherwise by 31 Dec),

 

– the events chosen by some cub scouts, who applied also for Athlete Badge, were not in line with published rules (see below for the name list).  The events for these cub scouts, therefore, have to be revised.  Leaders have been contacting the cub scouts concerned to explain why changes are needed.

 

 The cub scouts concerned are –

 

– cancelled events will not be re-opened as we need to place medal/trophy order now.

 

Please confirm to me, with copy to your section leader, via email by 31 Dec  if you believe the events shown on the summary for you are not the same as your application.  Note correction requests will be honoured as they are to rectify mistakes.  We cannot afford entertaining any other requests as we had lost almost 3 weeks due to late submission from Scout Section.
