The 2010-2011 athletics meet will be held on 16 Jan from 8:45am to 5:00pm at Stanley Ho Sports Centre, HKU (Sha Wan Driove).
Attached please find the circular/enrolment & consent form Consent+Enrolment Form – 20110116 V3 for you to complete and return to your section leader on either 27 Nov or 4 Dec.
Please note the meet is one of the important 229th HKG events. Absence will be taken into account when reviewing individual’s performance and attendance, and deciding the annual awards. In case you really cannot make it, please send a written leave application with reason for absence to your section leader.
