Dear Scouts,
Firstly, I am so sorry to contact you so late about the weekend activities. It is a surprise for the leaders that more than half of you will attend the volunteer services at the Hospital. So we have to change our plan on this weekend.
We have to cancel the ordinary meeting at 4:00pm. So no meeting at UGA. If you change your mind and want to go to the services please send mail to me by tonight or call SPL, PL or the leaders earlier tomorrow.
We may, just may, have a casual walk from Sandy Bay and go up to High West Mt. or Hong Kong Trail nearby the hospital if the weather permit after the services (or a little earlier than the end of services). So if you are interested and prepared for disappointment, you have to bring T-shirt, non-jean pants, sport shoes, water and compass together with your full uniform dressed for the services. Others not attending the services but interested please call SPL or PL at the services at around 2:30pm to check whether we will go hiking. We may meet at Sandy Bay or Queen Mary Hospital.
Remember to bring the consent form for the services if you haven’t hand in the physical copy (not just email).
