Discipline to be enforced in using facilities in the College

Dear scouts, scouters and parents,

Please be reminded that discipline is to be enforced in using facilities in our gathering venue, HKUGA College.  The following rules are to be strictly followed:

1. NO food/drink is allowed above the ground-floor level.
2. All facilities must be kept clean, tidy and in good order after use, e.g. whiteboards cleaned, furniture arrangement resumed, all electrical amenities switched off…
3. All garbages have to be taken away from individual rooms and put inside garbage bins on the covered playground.

As a scout/scouter/parent, we should follow the “Leave No Trace” rule wherever we go and set a good role model for others.   However, we can never achieve this high standard without your whole-hearted cooperation.  So whether we make it or not all depends on each and everyone of YOU!
