Dear grasshopper scouts/cub scouts/scouts/venture scout (and leaders),
The Scout Rally will be held on 8 Nov 2009 (Sun) at the HK Stadium. All, particularly those who became a member of the 229th HKG Scout Group this year, are welcome to join.
Please refer to the attached notice/consent HKSA – Scout Rally 229 Consent 20091108 for the details, and submit your consent form by this Sat (30 Oct) to your section leader should you wish to join the event.
For Section Leader – Please keep the consent forms and send me a summary of your section’s participants by 3 Nov.
