*Important* Swimming Gala – Events Cancelled Due to Inadequate Participants

Dear WeeWee/Grasshopper/Cub Scouts/Scouts/Venture Scouts,

Please find attached a summary of the events cancelled and the scout members affectedCancelled Events 20090929.  Except for the two cub scouts in Division A2, all other named scout members are requested to confirm to me if the proposed changes are acceptable to you or which of the proposed alternatives you will take.

Please pay attention to proposed alternatives with remark s(此項目欠一人).  The proposed alternatives will be cancelled as well (and more will be affected)  if they are not accepted.

Responses must be sent to my email (ray02.kwok@graduate.hku.hk) by mid-night 1 Oct.  Late return will not be honoured.
