Please find attached two notices from our Group Leader, Madame Sun:
(a) Notice 1 – Annual subscription for year 2009-2010 notice-annualfee
Please return by 23 May to your team leader the duly-completed form (one for each scout member) together with a cheque of HKD800 payable to 「香港童軍229旅」
(b) Notice 2 – New member recruitment notice-recruitment
If you have any friends or classmates who are interested in scout movement and wish to join our scout group, please pass the notice to them, request them to download the application form from our web site, and mail the duly-completed form together with supporting documents to Madams Sun (see application form for mail address) by 13 June 2008.
The recruitment interview will be held in the afternoon of 27 June at the UGA College. All applicants must be accompanied by their parents. The applicants and their parents will be interviewed by our leaders separately.
Note new members have to pay a one-off HKD800 membership fee, which is in addition to the HKD800 annual subscription.
