I am instructed by Madam Sun to explore your interest in spending a holiday in Xian, Mainland China during Easter Holiday. If there is more than 15 persons, we can charter a tour. A few packages are enclosed below for your reference. I would like to draw your attention that the flight to Xian from HK is in afternoon and the public holidays are from 10-13 April. A 4-day tour essentially means 3-day visit,but the advantage is no need for taking extra leave from work. We don’t have to make a final decision at the moment but I would like to invite all interested parties for a meeting to confirm the details. Although I am responsible for organizing the tour, I may not have time to join the tour. In addition, this tour is organized for 229 members to enjoy a holiday but should not be regarded as a scout activity. It is different from previous years that no service is arranged.
